Throughout the year, we are collecting your suggestions and contributions for our annual planning meetings and update meetings. We reflect on goals from the previous year, and decide on new goals and strategies for the current and coming year. We therefore need to know your team priorities and suggestions, for example:

• What failed or was neglected last year (and why)?
• What is lagging behind this year?
